1981 MG B Roadster

Succeeding the MG A, the B range of models were innovative for their era. The lightweight monocoque construction produced a car that was economical for MG to produce, but equally offered performance and style to sports car enthusiasts. The Roadster was the first of the range, manufactured from 1962 until the closure of the Abingdon factory in 1980. With the invaluable support from the excellent MG Car Club, these sports cars are enjoyable to use and economical to run and maintain.

This 1981 registered example has been, we are informed, the subject of a photographic rebuild, and was in the previous ownership for thirteen years. We understand that while the MG is not in concours condition, it is a good, usable motor car with tidy bodywork, good trim and hood and a fitted roll-bar. A large history file is supplied, together with the V5C registration certificate.
