2007 Renault Mascott 160DXi Vehicle Transporter

While not a classic, this specialist transporter recovery truck has been involved with historic vehicles since its purchase (from Roger Dyson recovery vehicle specialists) by the current custodian in 2013. Acquired for the transportation of a veteran motor car annually for the London to Brighton Veteran Run, the Renault has covered only a small number of miles each year during the current ownership; after the veteran car was sold two years ago, the truck became surplus to requirements but has been MOT tested and driven regularly since.
This useful vehicle is equipped with a slide-back and tilt body, a power winch and a GT Trailers cover. The cab is a six seater and the truck is fitted with emergency lighting.
With few owners, the Renault is supplied with a history file that includes the V5C registration certificate, seven goods vehicle test certificates, sundry paperwork and the original handbooks and wallet.
