1996 MG F VVC

In the current female (and only second) ownership since 2000, this MG F has been a very much loved member of the family, having been enjoyed locally in the South West and on longer jaunts to the Alps and Pyrenees. It appears to have been very well tended to throughout its life, as evidenced in the history file, and the low mileage of some 55000 is presumed correct - the MG has covered relatively few miles in the last decade or so.

The back window in the hood was re-stitched in 2004 and a new zip was installed in 2007. Heater pipes and headlamps were replaced in 2007, and new camshaft drive and alternator belts were fitted in 2010. Suspension ball joints were replaced in 2009 and 2014, and a new clutch slave cylinder was fitted in 2020. Overall in very smart order, the MGF is ready for the road. The bodywork, panel fit, chassis and underside are all described as good and rust free. The red leather upholstery is presentable for its age, with some cracking of the leather. The interior in general is good. The mechanics are well maintained with no known faults.

This history file contains a CD parts catalogue, the bill of sale from 2000, numerous invoices, servicing history, MOT test certificates from 2009, an older V5C and the current V5C registration certificate.
