1972 Suzuki RV 90 J

Often referred to as a ‘Monkey Bike’, in fact the correct terminology for the Suzuki RV 90 J is a ‘Sand Bike’. This example has been fully restored by its current custodian to what can only be described as virtually original, immaculate condition, using only genuine parts. In full working order, the machine is now ready to be enjoyed, be it on the open road, or in your living room to be purely admired – it would certainly be a talking point!

This early version has the tyre pump mounted on the frame and has an odometer reading of 4597 which is understood to be correct. The comprehensive history folder supplied with the Suzuki includes numerous invoices, an original parts catalogue, a service manual, and owner’s manual, Microfishe parts information and the V5C registration certificate, together with a dating certificate from the Vintage Japanese Motorcycle Club.
