2000 Subaru Legacy Outback Estate AWD

There will be those who staunchly refuse to purchase anything which has not been British made so sadly they may be missing life with a particularly good motoring workhorse. Perhaps it would help to remind them that the basis for the marvellous flat four engine comes from the Yorkshire Jowett factory. Here then is an original five door estate car with four wheel drive and the flat four 2457cc  engine, which its owner of seventeen years, describes as brilliant, as is the rest of the running gear, brakes, steering etc.

The green and grey bodywork seems to reflect steady but reasonably careful use. The interior is original, showing wear to the rear seat, but otherwise even the carpets remain serviceable and the wood fascia is a nice touch. Wheels are original Subaru and a little discoloured and apparently the heater is superb and instant. There is an issue with the handle to the rear hatch but otherwise no other problems reported.

The vehicle comes with a V5C registration certificate, showing only one previous keeper for the first four years .There is a wallet containing a handbook and service book plus some invoices for work carried out and an MOT test certificate current until 5th December 2021.

Just look at the estimated sale price as regards sheer value for money; it may become a classic car one day, so enjoy it until then.
