1971 MG B GT Auto

With a factory fitted automatic gearbox, this smart, tidy B GT was in the previous MG enthusiast ownership for twenty six years, during which time it was gradually restored. The bodywork is still looking good, although there is a small dent on the tailgate and a minimal amount of bubbling on the left-hand A and B posts, which could be easily rectified. The brightwork is described as good. The black leather-cloth upholstery was also replaced during the last ownership and apart from a small tear to the upper section of the rear seat, it remains in good condition. The carpets and headlining are very presentable. The new custodian must note that the speedometer apparently indicates too slow a speed! The MG sits on its original Rostyle wheels, which are described as good, but the tyres will soon require replacement. The mechanics have no known faults.

The MG is supplied with the V5C registration certificate, the handbook, a parts catalogue, a quantity of MOT test certificates and sundry invoices.
