2001 BMW 318i SE Touring

Over six generations, the 3 Series is still in production today and is BMW’s best-selling model. Renowned for its superb design, the model range is highly-appointed and powerful, producing comfortable touring motor cars. Today, the earlier 3 Series models represent excellent value for money, adding style, substance and class to our daily travel.

Purchased from BMW dealers Wood of Salisbury in December 2001, this 318i SE Touring has been in the ownership of one family since new (just two owners in total) and fastidiously maintained throughout its life. The motor car has a full service history and has been the subject of regular BMW inspections; importantly, only genuine BMW replacement parts are fitted to the 3 Series and the tyres it now sits on are to the original specification.

The bodywork is in good order; the front wings were renewed approximately two years ago due to small rust spots and the underside has received regular rustproofing.  The motor car has always been washed and polished by hand. The grey fabric interior is in first class condition and retains the Royal Velour mat set and boot liner that were purchased when new. We understand that the rear heated screen and the stalk to read the MPG are not working; otherwise, this is a superb example of the model and is now being offered for sale only because the custodian has a new BMW. 

A large comprehensive history folder contains meticulous listing of service records and maintenance work, handbooks, the original torch, MOT test certificates and the V5C registration certificate. A selection of BMW books is also supplied.
