1940 Morris Eight Series E Tourer

This lovely Eight Series E Tourer was purchased by its late owner, a good friend of DVCA, in 2021. We presume that it was the subject of a full restoration in a previous ownership, possibly not many years ago, and remains in lovely condition throughout.  The body and paintwork are in very nice order, as is the brightwork, and the engine compartment is very tidy.  The interior appears to have been reupholstered and is similarly smart; the hood and side screens are in first class condition.  We understand that there are no known issues with the mechanical aspect of the Morris, on our recent visit to see the motor car, the engine started instantly and ran without fault.

A delightful pre-war Tourer then, ready and waiting for a summer’s worth of club road runs and trips out with the grandchildren!

The history file contains invoices, maintenance information and data sheets, model history, a Pitmans book, a spare parts list, the previous V5C and the current V5C registration certificate.
