Memorabilia in our June 2016 Sale

Part of a private collection of enamel signs has been entered into our 2nd June Sale. The collection comprises of: a Jackdaw of Manchester oils “the oilest oil for motors” sign, a Duckhams sign with integral thermometer, a Union Jack BP Motor Spirit sign, a rare older BP Motor Spirit sign, an AC Plug Stockist “Garage on left” sign, and an extremely unusual North British Rapson tyres Agent sign “The World’s Longest Mileage Tyres”. 

Amongst the many other items consigned for June, stand-out entries include several pre-war Rolls-Royce Spirit of Ecstasy mascots, two pairs of vintage aviator goggles, and a selection of interesting badges (including a c.1912 Royal Automobile Club Light Car badge).
