1983 Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit

Arriving in 1980, the Mk I Silver Spirit inherited much of its styling and mechanics from its predecessor, the Silver Shadow. The 6750cc V8 engine powered a chunky piece of British engineering that boasted all the refinements one would expect from the marque. The self-levelling suspension, also from the Shadow, aided the superior ride quality, with the addition of gas-charged shock absorbers and a Girling ride height control system.

Maintained to an exceptional standard, we understand that this 1983 Silver Spirit has been meticulously cared for by Rolls-Royce agents and specialists. It has been in the current ownership for fifteen years and when purchased, the motor car had covered just 25000 miles with only three former custodians. It remains a low mileage example with the odometer reading at 55000 miles, and is a credit to its owner, who has had to make the regrettable decision to part with RRX 82 due to advancing years and the need for a smaller mode of everyday transportation.

The prestige Silver Spirit is supplied with lambs’ wool over-mats, a security anti-theft system and the eye-catching personal registration number.

The history file includes a full service history, invoices, MOT test certificates, handbooks and the V5C registration certificate.
